Patricia Napier is standing as the Conservative Party candidate in the Stoke Newington Central by-election, which takes place on 29th January. The by-election was called after Labour deputy mayor Jamie Carswell turned his back on Hackney politics to take up a job in neighbouring Tower Hamlets.
