Boris Johnson has laid out a series of policies to make London safer, improve public transport, and deliver greater value for money for taxpayers. Speaking at Conservative Spring Forum 2008, he said it was time to get rid of Ken Livingstone, who he dubbed ‘Mayor Leaving-soon’.
